Prof. Miyata co-published a new book "An introduction to the U.S. economy" from Koyo Shobo Corporation on January 20th, 2016. The book explains the dynamics of the U.S. economics, including industry structures, financial systems, policies etc. in the micro- and macro economics frames.
Prof. Kare will discuss about the finding of her recent research about social innovation in the developing countries on December 18th.

Prof. Miyata published a translation "Higher Education in America" from Tamagawa University Press on July 5th, 2015. The original book by Derek Bok (2013) offers a survey and evaluation of American higher education as a whole and provides a solid basis for a fresh public discussion about the higher education in America today.
